Yes! Leave the name and year options unselected to receive a blank ornament. Names and years shown in product photos are examples of how your ornament can be personalized.

Yes. Our team adds your personalization by hand using your chosen names, year, or wording.

The space available depends on the ornament’s design. Follow the options on the product page. For longer wording or special placement requests, please contact us before ordering.

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during busy periods. Shipping time is additional, and we’ll email you when your order ships.

Shipping charges appear at checkout. U.S. orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. View shipping policy.

Personalized ornaments are not eligible for returns. Eligible non-personalized items may be returned under our 30-day return policy. Sale items and gift cards are excluded. Please contact us before sending anything back. Read the return policy.

Please contact rob@lastelfontheleft.com immediately if your ornament arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Keep the ornament and its packaging while the issue is reviewed.
